How old do I need to be to start driving lessons?
You can start lessons on public roads in a car from age 17, once you hold a provisional driving licence. You can apply for the provisional licence from 15 years and 9 months.
How many lessons will I need?
Everyone is different. Complete beginners usually need more hours than someone who has driven before or abroad. After your first lesson your instructor will give you an honest estimate and a plan to get you test-ready.
How much do lessons cost?
Manual and automatic lessons are both £35 per hour on pay as you go, or £330 for a 10-hour block booking.
Do you teach manual and automatic?
Yes. You can learn in a manual or automatic dual-control car, at the same price.
Can you pick me up?
Yes. We pick up from home, work, college or university in Levenshulme and the nearby areas of Burnage, Heaton Chapel, Reddish and Gorton.
Can I book a crash or intensive course?

Can I practise between lessons?
Yes, with a supervisor who is at least 21, has held a full licence for that type of car for 3 years, and is insured to supervise you. L plates must be displayed.
Do you offer female instructors?
Yes. A female driving instructor can be arranged on request for manual or automatic lessons, at the same price.
